Built on Real Challenges, Not Theory

We started ensaroiaelo in 2017 because spreadsheets kept letting businesses down. After watching too many solid companies struggle with unclear financial futures, we knew something had to change. This is how we got here.

Where It Actually Began

Back in early 2017, I was consulting for a manufacturing business in regional New South Wales. They had decent revenue, skilled workers, and strong client relationships. But their cash flow was unpredictable, and they couldn't figure out why.

Turns out, their forecasting method was basically guesswork dressed up in Excel formulas. When we rebuilt their approach from scratch, things stabilized within three months. That's when I realized how many businesses were flying blind with their finances.

ensaroiaelo grew out of that experience. We focus on teaching practical forecasting methods that work for real businesses dealing with seasonal changes, supply chain delays, and all the messy variables spreadsheets don't capture well.

What Guides Our Work

These aren't corporate values plastered on a wall. They're practical principles that shape how we teach and consult every day.

Real Scenarios Only

We teach using actual business cases from Australian companies. Our examples include supply delays, currency fluctuations, and seasonal demand shifts because that's what you'll face.

Small Group Learning

Our programs cap at twelve participants. This isn't about exclusivity—it's about having time to work through your specific forecasting challenges during sessions.

Tools That Scale

We don't teach methods that only work for large enterprises. Whether you're running a cafe or a mid-sized manufacturer, the techniques need to fit your actual resources.

Context Matters

Australian businesses face unique conditions—distance from suppliers, currency exposure, regional market dynamics. We build forecasting approaches around these realities.

Honest Limitations

No forecasting method is perfect. We teach you to recognize when predictions might be off and how to build flexibility into your planning.

Long-Term Support

Learning doesn't end when the program does. We stay available for questions as you apply these methods in your business over the following months.

Who's Behind ensaroiaelo

Briony Caldwell, lead forecasting consultant at ensaroiaelo

Briony Caldwell

Lead Forecasting Consultant

I spent eight years working in financial planning for agriculture and manufacturing businesses before starting ensaroiaelo. Most of that time was spent fixing forecasts that looked good on paper but fell apart in practice.

What frustrated me most was seeing business owners make critical decisions based on overly optimistic projections. So I started developing teaching methods that emphasize realistic scenarios and building in margin for error.

These days, I run our core forecasting programs and work directly with businesses on their planning processes. I'm also finishing a research project on seasonal cash flow management for regional enterprises.
